近日，波士顿大学宣布了一份疫情恢复计划。
在该计划中，波士顿大学表示：若公共卫生部门认为2020年秋季开学不安全，或将延迟开学至2021年1月！
同时，考虑到疫情影响，BU允许2021年秋季及2022年春季的本科申请者选择性提交标化考试成绩。BU的Test Optional政策是适用于全体学生，包括国际生在内。
“With high school juniors suddenly unable to take the standardized tests required by many colleges and universities because of COVID-19, Boston University says it will go test-optional for undergraduate students applying for the fall 2021 and spring 2022 semesters.”
Case Western Reserve University凯斯西储大学
凯斯西储大学也正式公布：
2021秋季申请者无需提供SAT/ACT成绩，采用Test Optional的政策接受申请。
学校表明，该政策是大学针对目前疫情导致大范围考试取消的情况而制定的。至于2021秋季以后的申请者是否也会采用这个政策，将会在2020/21的冬季给出答案。
“In response to standardized test cancellations amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Case Western Reserve University on Wednesday adopted a “test-optional” admissions policy for students entering in the fall of 2021.”
塔夫茨大学 Tufts University
塔夫茨大学招生办主任JT Duck表示，考虑到目前疫情对标化考试的影响，塔夫茨大学将为未来3年所有的本科申请者启用test-optional政策，首批从2021秋季入学申请学生算起，届时学生申请塔夫茨大学时可以选择不提交SAT和ACT成绩。
“Tufts University is introducing a test-optional admissions policy for all undergraduate applicants for a 3-year period, beginning with applicants who apply for the Fall 2021 semester. Starting with our next admissions cycle, first-year and transfer applicants have a choice about whether or not to submit SAT or ACT scores to be considered for undergraduate admission to Tufts.”
华盛顿大学 University of Washington
华盛顿大学西雅图分校也正式宣布，2021年秋季申请不强制要求提交SAT和ACT成绩，且不提交对申请不会产生影响。
“With COVID-19 leading to social distancing that is restricting standardized test opportunities around the world, the UW will not require autumn 2021 applicants to take the SAT or ACT exams, the university’s Office of Admissions announced.
Not submitting a test score for one of these two exams will not “harm any applicant in the review process,” the office’s website reads. ”
杜兰大学 Tulane University
杜兰大学近日表示2021年申请不强制要求提交SAT和ACT成绩。
“Submitting test scores for the SAT or ACT will be an optional — not required — part of the admission process for students applying this fall for a spot in Tulane University’s 2021 entering class. This is a one-year policy in response to the multiple test cancellations due to COVID-19 making it difficult for students to retake tests.”

斯克利普斯学院 Scripps College
3月6日，斯克利普斯学院称自申请2021年秋季入学的学生开始SAT/ACT将不会作为入学的强制标准。不提交的学生和提交了的学生拥有同等被录取的可能。
“Scripps College has announced that it will make SAT and ACT test scores optional for admissions. The decision was made by the Scripps College Board of Trustees in a vote on March 6.
Starting in the Fall 2021 admissions cycle, SAT and ACT scores will be optional for all applicants as part of the college’s effort “to identify and advocate for students with a strong academic profile who may have previously been viewed as less competitive.””

德克萨斯基督教大学 Texas Christian University
由于疫情原因，SAT/ACT等大学入学考试取消或延迟了。TCU不强制要求提交标化成绩作为入学申请的标准。
“With spring dates for college admission exams being rescheduled and postponed across the country due to the COVID-19 pandemic, TCU will not require prospective students who are currently high school juniors to submit standardized test scores as part of their application to the university.”
